Rolls says oops! Not us, says lingerie boss … and fashion guru ‘quiet’ as Russian deals go on
British fashion guru Paul Smith is said to have failed to explain why his goods were still on sale in Russia.
At least three British top-notch companies were still doing business with Russia despite the horrific war in Ukraine.
Paul Smith and lingerie brand Agent Provocateur still have stores open in Moscow, while Rolls-Royce has new cars for sale in the country.
RR claims it does not know how they got there.
AP argued it only runs stores operated by a franchise partner.
Chairman of the Commons defence committee Tobias Ellwood MP claimed that by refusing to withdraw their products, the brands were failing to stand up to Russian aggression.

Yes—-too the fact of how brilliant, Mercury,Abba…and particularly, Roni James Dio were, back in their & our heyday! Now with much redundancy…and assembly-line Playlist, on the regurgitated platforms. It has quickly grown old… though I do like the fact that young people can get to appreciate what a wonderful and great “POP’ music forum we once had. And to a certain degree, extent; I have a problem with rehashing the same old material, day in. Day out! There was s time of day when music and culture could spread their wings too some truly creative and moving material…and quite often in the POP Realm. Nowadays I find myself going on a fishing expedition—-clear across my old 72′ Chevy Vega, which I still own and operate…and straight across the radio dial! Old Wolfman Jack used to carry the wattage clear across the Northern American hemispheres…By way of his Spanish radio badboy bandits in ol’ Medico. Heard it on the X…a zztop pop favorite. In it’s own writ——
